The Sweet

Our main ingredient in Barshauce is fresh mango. Known to be the most popular fruit on earth, the mango provides a sweet and bold flavor profile that pairs well with food and heat.

THE HEAT

Each bottle of Barshauce contains two whole habanero peppers, which are about 20 times more potent than a jalapeΓ±o pepper. They pack a punch but fall way short of the world’s most potent peppers, such as the Ghost, that exceed 2 million Scoville units.

About BARshauce

Straight from the hot sauce capital of the world, New York! ... wait, it's not, but we have a lot of good food and access to plenty of fruits and vegetables. One night in May 2016, in the middle of Manhattan NY, our founder Allan began to experiment with his love of hot sauce (the red sauce with a chicken on it, gets really old after a while). After making the sauce, Allan brought it to his friend's house for Memorial Day weekend. Everyone loved it! and so the story went on from there. Allan shared the sauce with his coworkers, family and friends... everyone loved it and encouraged him to sell it.

The ingredients make the sauce; we keep it simple and pure, no preservatives and no fake stuff. We make our sauce in small (labor intensive) batches, using only a handful of ingredients that deliver the taste we want.

WHERE WE LIKE BARSHAUCE

Barshauce is good on its own and also makes a great accompaniment to a host of your favorite foods.  From chips, to tacos, wings and burgers it will add that missing piece.
